Seeking a talented full-time retail sales associate for an upscale men's store Gruene Outfitters at The Station is a locally owned, upscale men's boutique located between Austin and San Antonio. We specialize in elevated menswear, tailored sport jackets, fine leather goods, premium footwear, and distinctive accessories—serving a discerning clientele of locals, travelers, and international guests. We are seeking a polished, service-driven Sales Associate who is passionate about style, craftsmanship, and delivering an exceptional client experience. Position Overview As an Upscale Retail Sales Associate, you will represent the Gruene Outfitters brand through personalized service, strong product knowledge, and attention to detail. You will build meaningful client relationships while maintaining the elevated atmosphere and standards of the store. Work Schedule and Hours:

Weekend and holiday availability is required, with one weekend off allowed per month.

Shifts:

Flexible shifts ranging from 4 to 8 hours, including day, evening, and weekend shifts.

Training and Onboarding:

New hires will receive an employee policy packet before or on their first day and will be onboarded directly by their supervisor. The first 90 days serve as a probationary period, with regular check-ins and on-the-job training.
