Responsibilities Greet customers warmly and assist with product inquiries to enhance their shopping experience Stock shelves efficiently Manage inventory control through accurate tracking, replenishment, and organization of stock items Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store environment, including merchandising displays Experience Previous retail store experience or warehouse operations background preferred but not required; training will be provided Familiarity with inventory management systems and material handling equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and RF scanners is advantageous Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Excellent communication skills (bilingual abilities are a plus) to serve diverse customer needs Ability to perform manual handling tasks including heavy lifting while following safe lifting practices Basic math skills for inventory counting, pricing, and transaction processing Customer service experience demonstrating a friendly, proactive approach to assisting shoppers Join us as a Store Associate where your energy fuels our success!
