Sales Associates will need to understand the diverse range of financial products and services that the company offers. Handling a wide range of services that may vary by store, including cash handling, check cashing, lending, bill pay, and card services. Prioritizing accuracy, confidentiality, and strict compliance with industry regulations and safety guidelines. Understanding customers unique needs and recommending appropriate companys products and services. It is beneficial to have two or more years of retail experience. Must be bilingual in English and Spanish to speak with customers. Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.

Travel:

Travel is primarily local, but will include travel to more than one store in a day when necessary.

Benefit Details:

$1500 Signing Bonus and $500 payable within 45 days after successful completion of New Hire Curriculum. $1000 payable within 120 days after successful completion of 90 days of employment. Must be in good standing and on active status to receive payment.
