This role involves engaging with customers, demonstrating products, and ensuring the sales floor is well-maintained. Bilingual abilities and prior retail or grocery store experience are highly valued to enhance the shopping experience for diverse clientele. Duties Greet customers warmly and assist them in locating products within the store Operate POS systems efficiently for sales transactions, including cash handling and cashiering duties Conduct product demos to educate customers about features and benefits Upsell items to maximize sales opportunities while maintaining a customer-first approach Manage merchandising tasks such as stocking shelves, organizing displays, and ensuring the sales floor is clean and inviting Provide excellent phone etiquette when assisting customers over the phone Perform basic retail math for transactions and inventory management Assist with inventory counts and stock replenishment to ensure product availability Provide detailed information about tobacco, vape, glassware, and other related products Experience Previous experience in retail sales is preferred Familiarity with POS systems, cash handling, and cashiering procedures Demonstrated customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse customers Experience in merchandising, product demos, upselling, and stock management is advantageous Bilingual skills are highly desirable to serve a broader customer base Basic math skills relevant to retail operations are essential Join our team to deliver outstanding shopping experiences through excellent service, effective communication, and a proactive approach to sales.
