Duties Greet customers warmly and assist them in locating products within the store. Provide knowledgeable information about products, features, and benefits to enhance the customer experience. Process transactions accurately, including cash handling and credit card processing. Maintain stock levels by organizing merchandise on shelves and ensuring displays are visually appealing. Engage in upselling techniques to maximize sales opportunities while meeting customer needs. Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues in a professional manner. Keep the sales floor clean and organized, ensuring that all areas are well-stocked and presentable. Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and maintain a positive work environment. Skills Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse customers. Basic math skills for handling transactions and managing cash accurately. Experience in cash handling procedures is preferred. Ability to stock merchandise efficiently while maintaining attention to detail.
