Responsibilities Provide exceptional customer service by assisting shoppers with product selection, answering questions about vaping devices, e-liquids, and accessories Conduct product demonstrations to educate customers on device features and usage tips Operate the cash register efficiently, handling retail sales transactions accurately using POS systems Upsell complementary products and promote ongoing promotions to maximize sales opportunities Maintain organized stock levels by stocking shelves, merchandising displays, and managing inventory counts Ensure compliance with store policies regarding age verification and responsible sales practices Maintain a clean and inviting store environment by performing regular cleaning, organizing merchandise, and ensuring product displays are appealing Requirements Prior retail sales experience, preferably in grocery stores or specialty retail environments Familiarity with POS systems, cash register operations, and retail math calculations Strong communication skills with the ability to engage customers effectively in both English and bilingual settings if applicable Knowledge of vaping products, including device types, flavors, and accessories; prior product demos experience is a plus Excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills to handle inquiries professionally Ability to handle cash handling duties accurately, including cash drawer management and basic math proficiency Experience in merchandising, stocking shelves, and maintaining store presentation standards Knowledge of retail store product knowledge and sales techniques to enhance customer experience Join us in creating an energetic shopping environment where customers feel valued and informed!
