You will help customers find furniture that fits their style, needs, and budget while providing an excellent shopping experience. This is a sales-focused position for someone who enjoys working with people, building relationships, and increasing their income through performance. Responsibilities Greet customers and understand their furniture needs, preferences, and budget. Recommend furniture, fabrics, materials, and accessories based on customer needs. Explain product features, benefits, pricing, and care instructions. Build strong customer relationships and provide an excellent shopping experience. Meet and exceed individual sales goals. Upsell and cross-sell complementary furniture and accessories. Follow up with customers to generate repeat and referral business. Maintain a clean, organized, and attractive showroom. Ensure products are properly displayed, priced, and labeled. Process sales transactions and financing paperwork accurately. Coordinate with delivery and inventory teams to provide a smooth customer experience. Handle customer questions and concerns professionally. Stay informed about new products, furniture materials, styles, and design trends. Qualifications Bilingual English and Spanish required. Previous sales or customer-service experience preferred. Furniture sales experience is a plus, but motivated sales professionals from other industries are encouraged to apply. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Confident, friendly, and professional personality. Self-motivated and goal-oriented. Comfortable discussing pricing, financing, and promotions. Ability to work in person at our Richardson, TX location. Must be able to commute to Richardson, TX 75080 or relocate before starting. Schedule Monday-Saturday, 10:00 AM-7:00 PM Full-time, in-person position.
