ResponsibilitiesQualifications:
Greet customers and provide friendly, professional service. Operate the cash register and handle cash transactions accurately. Sell marina store items, including fishing supplies, minnows, worms, launch passes, and fishing passes. Answer customer questions and assist with marina services. Restock merchandise and maintain a clean, organized store. Monitor and maintain minnow tanks according to marina procedures. Complete required daily checklists, logs, and shift paperwork. Follow opening and closing procedures. Keep restrooms and the fish house clean and properly maintained. Follow all marina policies and instructions from management. Work independently and complete assigned duties during each shift. Perform other duties as needed to support marina operations. Must be 18 years old or older Previous retail, cashier, customer service, or marina experience preferred. Must be dependable and arrive on time for scheduled shifts. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Strong customer service and communication skills. Ability to handle cash accurately. Ability to stand for extended periods and perform routine cleaning and stocking duties. Must be willing to learn marina procedures and follow established guidelines.Pay:
