3005099568-2 Apply for this job now Job Description Sherwin-Williams is seeking a Management and Sales Intern in San Antonio to support store operations and learn the paint and coatings business. You'll assist with inventory, merchandising, and customer service while gaining hands-on experience in B2B and retail sales. Working closely with store leaders, you'll learn consultative selling, analyze local market trends, and help execute sales and marketing initiatives. Our collaborative culture emphasizes safety, integrity and development, providing structured training, exposure to leadership, and potential pathways to full-time roles in sales or operations.
