This is a full-time position focused on providing excellent customer service, driving sales, and helping customers find the right products and services for their needs.

Responsibilities:

Assist customers and provide excellent customer service. Sell phones, accessories, plans, and additional services. Meet and exceed monthly sales goals. Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming store. Build strong relationships with customers and encourage repeat business. Stay knowledgeable about current promotions, products, and services.

Requirements:

Strong communication and customer service skills. Motivated, positive, and goal-oriented. Comfortable working in a fast-paced retail environment. Previous retail or sales experience is preferred, but not required — we are willing to train the right candidate . Bilingual in English and Spanish is highly preferred. Must be available to work full-time, including weekends.
