A Retail Sales Associate sells merchandise or products in a retail store. Provides information about store merchandise, assists customers with finding items and encourages sales.

Core Responsibility:
Measure, compare and make simple or complex shop calculations necessary to ensure products are in conformance with engineering or sales specifications using materials, methods and equipment in the shop(included but not limited to: sanders, drills, air and electric hand cutting tools) Material fit ups and layouts with steel Position and secure workpieces using hand tools, forklifts, etc Inspect products/equipment for defects/malfunctions Sanding/grinding Breaking out steel Steel panel assembly with bolt together construction Material handling/forklift
Required:
Manufacturing experience Able to use power tools Able to read tape measure Able to lift 50 lbs Able to read blueprints Able to troubleshoot and problem solve Must be highly motivated Able to communicate and work well with others Read, write, and speak English fluently Must have reliable transportation High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
Hours:
Guaranteed 40 hours per week
