Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented Retail Sales Associate to join our team. As a Retail Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and promoting and selling gifts and home decor products. If you have a passion for sales and enjoy working in a beautiful environment at the beach, we would love to hear from you. Full-time schedule at least four days per week. Includes Monday, Thursday and Saturday. Plus one or two other days to be agreed on. Hourly pay PLUS weekly and monthly sales commissions. 30% discount on purchases. Paid time off.

Responsibilities:

• Greet customers and assist them in finding the right products
• Provide product demonstrations and explain features and benefits
• Work with retail team to achieve sales goals regularly.
• Build and maintain relationships with customers to ensure repeat business, including promoting the customer loyalty program.
• Maintain a clean and organized sales floor
• Create new displays and maintain existing ones.
