Duties Greet customers warmly and engage with them to understand their style preferences and needs Provide expert product demonstrations, highlighting key features and styling tips to enhance customer confidence Assist customers in selecting apparel and accessories that suit their individual tastes and body types Maintain up-to-date knowledge of current fashion trends, store inventory, and product details to offer informed recommendations Manage retail sales transactions accurately using POS (Point of Sale) systems, including cash handling and receipt issuance Upsell complementary products to maximize sales opportunities while ensuring excellent customer service Stock shelves, organize displays, and ensure merchandise is visually appealing and well-maintained Conduct product demos when necessary, showcasing new arrivals or featured items to attract customer interest Handle cash register operations efficiently, including balancing cash drawers at the end of shifts Support merchandising efforts by arranging products attractively to promote sales and seasonal themes Skills Proven experience in retail sales, preferably within fashion or apparel stores, with strong POS system knowledge Supervising experience or leadership skills that help guide team members or assist in store operations Excellent communication skills that enable effective interaction with diverse customers Strong phone etiquette for handling inquiries professionally and courteously Skilled in upselling techniques to enhance sales performance without pressuring customers Familiarity with stocking procedures, inventory management, and visual merchandising standards Basic math skills for processing transactions accurately and managing cash drawers confidently Customer service-oriented mindset with the ability to build rapport quickly and resolve issues effectively Knowledge of retail store product details, fashion trends, and merchandising principles Experience in grocery store environments or similar settings is a plus for understanding fast-paced retail dynamics Embark on an exciting journey where your passion for style meets your talent for sales!
