Summary We are seeking a motivated Sales Associate to join our team in Temple. This role is crucial for driving sales and ensuring customer satisfaction through expert product knowledge and outstanding service. As a Sales Associate, you will play a key role in supporting our mission of providing quality lawn equipment and services. Responsibilities Engage with customers to understand their needs and recommend appropriate products. Demonstrate product features and benefits to enhance customer understanding. Process sales transactions accurately using POS systems. Maintain an organized and visually appealing sales floor through effective merchandising. Assist with inventory management, including stocking and restocking products. Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly. Support upselling efforts to maximize sales opportunities. Collaborate with team members to achieve store goals. Qualifications Proven experience in retail sales or customer service roles. Strong communication skills with the ability to engage customers effectively. Familiarity with POS systems and cash handling procedures. Basic math skills for transaction processing and inventory management. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
