Responsibilities:

• Our ideal candidate will have a great personality and be able to talk to anyone. You must be agile and able to work alternating shifts.
• Able to provide exceptional customer service to all of our guests.
• Assist customers in finding and selecting products that meet their needs.
• Open/close the store on your own.
• Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain a clean and organized sales floor.
• Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and promotions.
• Meet and exceed sales goals.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints.

Experience:

• Previous experience in retail sales is preferred.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively.
• Basic math skills for processing transactions and handling cash.
• Time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
• Multilingual abilities are a bonus for communicating with diverse customers.
• Must be 18 years or older.
