We're looking for a dependable, outgoing person to join our Layton Hills Mall team. You don't need to know anything about watches when you start — we'll teach you. What You'll Be Doing You'll spend most of your day helping customers — selling watches, answering questions, explaining repair options, taking in repairs, and making sure customers have a great experience. As you learn, we'll also train you to perform minor watch repairs and become more knowledgeable about the watches and services we offer. We're not looking for someone who already knows the watch business. We're looking for someone reliable, friendly, and eager to learn. Why Work at Times Ticking? Training shifts are primarily afternoons; after training, you'll primarily work afternoon and closing shifts. Weekend availability is required, including Sundays. You must also be willing to work between our Layton Hills Mall and Newgate Mall locations as needed. What We're Looking For 18 years or older Dependable and punctual Friendly and confident talking with customers Willing to learn our sales process and basic watch repair Able to work afternoons, closing shifts, weekends, and Sundays Pay & Growth $14-$18 per hour based on experience and qualifications, plus performance bonuses.
