Job Overview Join our dynamic team as a Sales Associate at Elume, a boutique lighting showroom in Park City, UT. We are seeking outgoing individuals familiar with construction and/or design. Elume specializes in specifying lighting for large custom homes -- from evaluating the lighting plans through specifying and sales. We also welcome homeowners and remodelers into the showroom to help with their lighting needs, however small. Become the friendly face that helps customers find the perfect lighting products to meet their needs! In this energetic role, you'll deliver exceptional customer service while actively engaging in prospecting, sales, and support through installation. Your enthusiasm and attention to detail will drive sales growth and build relationships with contractors and designers to encourage repeat sales. Typically, this is a contract position which allows for greater earnings. Other pay schedules will be considered.

Responsibilities:

Greet customers warmly and assist them in selecting products or services that suit their needs during showroom hours, 10 - 5, M - F. Prospect for contractors, designers, and homeowners building new homes or considering large-scale remodels through sales calls, industry events, etc. Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring satisfaction throughout the process

Experience:

Prior lighting sales experience preferred. Construction or design experience helpful. Basic math skills for pricing and specifying lighting sizes, heights, lumens, etc. Experience with photoshop or the like is very handy Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally with confidence Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail Join us to be part of a vibrant team where your energy makes a difference! Pay:

$40,000.00 - $140,000.00 per year
