must be available to work Fridays and Saturdays About the Role We are looking for someone dependable, hardworking, and detail-oriented to help out with folding, order fulfillment, store maintenance, and customer service. Timpanogos Hiking Co. ("Escape the Noise") is a fast-growing Utah outdoor brand built around helping people reconnect with nature — and with each other. You'll be trained directly by our current fulfillment coordinator, so no prior experience is required — just a strong work ethic and attention to detail. This role is based at our physical store in Downtown Provo. What You'll Do Interact with customers/work point of sale Fold and prepare apparel and product for shipment Help with store cleaning/maintenance Pick up weekly inventory across town in Provo Keep the fulfillment/back store area organized Accurately and efficiently fulfill customer orders Work with our small team and fit the Timpanogos culture Who You Are Dependable and accountable — you show up, and you follow through Detail-oriented A fast learner who picks up new systems and processes quickly Comfortable with hands-on, physical work Physical Requirements Ability to lift and carry boxes and inventory Ability to stand and move for extended periods during shifts Compensation $12-13/hour to start, 12-20 hours/week Potential to grow into a bigger role and more hours as you prove yourself
