Are you passionate about design and great customer experiences? Ökenhem, a modern Scandinavian home décor and furniture store is looking for a dynamic, friendly Sales Associate to join our team!

Key Responsibilities:

Provide exceptional customer service and assist with front desk sales. Engage customers in conversation, helping them discover unique, high-end products and close sales. Learn and speak knowledgeably about our high-end product lines, highlighting their quality and design. Assist with behind-the-scenes work such as unpacking shipments, cleaning, inventory, and organizing. Help create product listings with our online store, keep contacts updated, work off a to-do list, and support marketing tasks (e.g., email campaigns, social media). Be available for additional hours during special events and holidays.

Ideal Candidate:

Friendly, outgoing personality; comfortable engaging with customers and making sales. Interest in interior design and the ability to intelligently discuss design trends and premium products. Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask and manage behind-the-scenes work efficiently. Ability to help move projects along in a timely manner. Willing to help with marketing efforts, including email and social media tasks. Reliable with a willingness to step in as needed, especially during busier times. Must be able to work both morning and afternoon shifts throughout the week including weekends. New tech savvy-able to navigate mobile and desktop apps with ease or quick to learn and confident in learning new software systems. From $15.00 per hour Expected hours: 20.0 - 25.0 per week

Our hours are 10-6 Monday through Saturday with the occasional late close at 8:00 PM during holidays or special events. You must be flexible enough to work any shift.
