Duties Greet customers warmly and actively assist them with product selection related to clothing, toys, children's books, candy, and gift packages. Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems efficiently for cashiering, cash handling, and processing transactions accurately. Maintain organized merchandising displays and stock shelves with candy, clothing, toys and other retail items. Support inventory management through stocking, inventory checks, and assisting with stock replenishment to ensure product availability. Communicate effectively via phone or in person with customers regarding product details, order status, or custom gift packages. Qualifications Previous experience in retail sales is highly desirable. Proficiency with POS systems, cash handling procedures, and retail math for accurate transactions. Excellent communication skills in English; multilingual abilities are a plus for serving diverse customer bases. Demonstrated organizational skills for merchandising, stocking, and maintaining a clean store environment. Passion for interacting with others and hard work. Ability to work with a flexible schedule while maintaining high energy levels throughout shifts.
