Members love the efficiency and effectiveness of the infrared for better results and detoxification. We sell monthly memberships for $79 and $59 a month, and need a full time leader to grow our studio membership from the current 350 to 700 members this year. Role Summary This is a part-time, on-site role for a Sales Associate at Hotworx in Spanish Fork, UT. You will be responsible for generating leads and closing new memberships, selling retail, hosting events, and implementing strategies to drive member growth. Choose your working hours! We need someone to do ~20 hours sometime between 11am-8pm M-Th, 9am-6pm F, and/or 11am-4pm Sat, though we want to set a fixed regular schedule with you that doesn't change week to week. Responsibilities Sales :

Implementing sales strategies including cold calls and membership sales consultations with leads. Responsible for selling 15+ memberships a month. Team collaboration : Set goals and collaborate closely with the general manager (Emily Boehme) and studio owner (Rachel Whitlock) and present your progress and plans to achieve goals.

Studio Operations:

You'll assist with daily operations including cleaning and equipment maintenance.

Member Relationship Management :

Make sure members have a great experience, and save members who are at risk of canceling.
