Overview Plato's Closet buys and sells gently used, on-trend clothing and accessories. Our Taylorsville store moves fast, and we're looking for people who can keep up. This is an active, physically demanding job for someone who likes staying busy, works hard, and takes pride in keeping a store running like it should. What the job actually looks like Running go-backs and keeping the sales floor stocked, straightened, and clean throughout your shift Working at our pace and meeting our time and efficiency standards Being on your feet, moving, lifting, carrying, and staying active for most of your shift Delivering great customer service while you keep up with everything else Backing up your teammates and working together to keep the store running smoothly Helping at the buy counter, where you'll be trained to evaluate and price items customers bring in to sell Qualifications Organized and stay that way even when the store gets busy (this is a must) Can handle the physical side of the job: standing, moving, lifting, and keeping pace all shift Work fast without cutting corners Give great customer service and keep a good attitude Are a team player who shows up on time and can be counted on Are 16 or older No previous experience is required. We'll train you on our systems, our standards, and the buying process. Retail or fast-paced job experience is a plus but not a must.
