Overview Join our dynamic team as a Store Operations & Maintenance Associate, where your energy and attention to detail will keep our facilities running smoothly and safely. In this vital role, you will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness, ensuring safety protocols are followed, and supporting general maintenance tasks across our store environment. Your proactive approach will help create a welcoming, hygienic, and well-maintained space for both customers and staff. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your skills in custodial services, facilities upkeep, and safety procedures while contributing to a positive shopping experience. Responsibilities . Sweep, mop, and maintain floors. Clean the parking lot and outside areas. Stock shelves and fill beverage coolers. Organize the walk-in cooler and storage areas. Help close and clean the kitchen. Change fryer grease and assist with kitchen cleaning. Perform basic maintenance such as painting, replacing light bulbs, simple plumbing repairs, and minor electrical work. Assemble shelves or equipment when needed. Help with deliveries and lifting heavy items. Complete other tasks as needed to keep the store operating efficiently. Take out trash and keep the property clean
