Compensation:

Hourly range listed includes base pay plus commission earnings. Responsibilities Greet customers warmly and provide expert assistance with product selection, demonstrations, and upselling opportunities to maximize sales. Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems accurately for transactions, including cash handling and cashiering duties. Conduct engaging product demos to educate customers about features and benefits, enhancing their shopping experience. Supervise daily store operations, including stocking shelves, merchandising displays, and maintaining organized product layouts. Manage inventory by stocking shelves, conducting stock checks, and assisting with inventory counts to ensure product availability. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries via phone etiquette or in person with professionalism and enthusiasm. Support team members through supervising experience by mentoring new associates and assisting in training on sales techniques and store procedures. Qualifications Proven retail sales experience with a strong understanding of retail math, upselling techniques, and cash handling procedures. Demonstrated supervising experience or leadership roles within a retail environment. Excellent communication skills in both verbal and written formats; bilingual abilities are a plus! Familiarity with POS systems, cashiering processes, and basic math calculations required for transactions. Ability to perform merchandising tasks such as stocking shelves, setting up displays, and organizing products efficiently. Experience working in a grocery store or similar retail setting is preferred but not mandatory.
