Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, and every other Saturday from 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM. Overview We are seeking a friendly, motivated, and customer-focused Optical Sales Associate to join our team. This position plays an important role in helping patients find eyewear that meets their vision needs, lifestyle, and personal style while delivering an exceptional customer experience. What You'll Do Greet customers warmly and identify their optical needs through active listening and consultation. Explain lens options, pricing, warranties, and insurance benefits. Take measurements, fit frames, and perform basic adjustments. Process eyewear orders, payments, and patient information accurately. Track orders and notify patients when eyewear is ready. Maintain organized optical displays and inventory. Provide excellent customer service and support a positive patient experience. Collaborate with optical team members. What We're Looking For Previous optical, retail, or strong customer service experience required. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Detail-oriented, organized, and dependable. Ability to learn optical products, lens options, and insurance benefits. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, patient-focused environment.
