Step into our store and surround yourself with the irresistible scents of hand-mixed spice blends, premium loose-leaf teas, and gourmet seasonings from around the world. As a Sales Associate, you'll help create a warm, inviting shopping experience while sharing your love of food and flavor, and assist our production manager in blending and packaging our products.

What You'll Do:

Welcome every guest with a warm smile and friendly greeting. Engage with customers to ask the right questions and make personalized product recommendations. Become an expert in our unique spice blends and teas to share product knowledge with confidence. Assist with store displays, restocking, and maintaining a clean, organized retail environment. Cross-train to help with blending and packaging our small-batch gourmet products. Make & serve to-go tea beverages at our Tea Bar.

What We're Looking For:

A passion for food, flavor, and making others feel welcome. Strong communication skills and a friendly, customer-first attitude. Comfort using point-of-sale systems and basic technology. A team-oriented mindset with a willingness to learn and grow. Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays. Retail, restuarant or other service expereince preferred.
