Sales Crew Member:

Assist customers face-to-face by introducing Verizon products, wireless services, internet options, and current sales promotions Use consultative sales techniques to understand customer needs and recommend relevant products, plans, upgrades, and services Guide interested customers through the complete sales, enrollment, and account setup process Identify opportunities to increase sales through appropriate product recommendations, upgrades, and additional services Build strong customer relationships through professional communication, product knowledge, and exceptional customer service Answer customer questions regarding Verizon products, pricing, promotions, service options, and account features Maintain accurate customer information, completed sales, enrollment documentation, and daily sales activity Establish daily sales goals and action plans while following up with interested customers

Sales Crew Member Qualifications:

Previous experience in sales, retail sales, customer service, wireless sales, telecommunications, hospitality, marketing, or another customer-facing role is preferred but not required Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the confidence to engage customers and lead sales conversations Customer-focused mindset with an interest in sales and relationship building Goal-oriented and motivated to achieve individual and team sales targets Ability to learn product information, pricing, promotions, and sales techniques Comfortable working in a fast-paced, performance-driven sales environment Organized and dependable with strong attention to customer and enrollment details Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and contribute to a collaborative sales team
