The Position :

We are looking for an enthusiastic self-starter to join our busy sales team to represent us on our Sales floor. A person of integrity who can assist our loyal and new customer base through sales experience with a strong level of customer service.

Requirements :

Ability to Learn Work well with Managers, Technicians, Customers, and other dealer associates. Excellent interpersonal communication skills, product knowledge, and an enthusiasm for the power sports industry. Be highly motivated and enthusiastic. Proven ability to be punctual, and dependable and accept responsibility for your actions. Retail customer service experience preferred. Personal or professional motorcycle or ATV/UTV/Watercraft experience preferred. Must have or obtain a salesperson license. Experience with Lightspeed is desired.

Responsibilities :

Greeting and building relationships with customers Accurately and honestly answer customer questions and assist through the sales process Following up with new and previous customers, using proactive sales techniques. Perform follow-up phone calls and emails to customers Accurately complete all necessary paperwork Ensure that the inventory is clean, neat, and presented for maximum impact Be able to work efficiently individually and in a team environment Attend training as required Possess knowledge of multiple brands and products in the power sports industry Follow instructions from management staff Why Should You Apply?
