The ultimate priority of the Retail Team Leader is to engage branch team members , membership and external business partners to drive lending and membership growth while delivering 5-Star service . Success is dependent on demonstrating a "go get the business" mindset while embracing the Credit Union's "needs based" sales approach that delivers tailored solutions and are custom built for each member. They support Blue Eagle Credit Union's vision of being the premier lender in our markets while happening to be a Credit Union. They are also responsible for coaching, training, mentoring, evaluating , and counseling the team of lenders under their leadership to support their individual production success and their career development . Requirements:

Do you have at least 3 years of successful experience in the following areas? Experience working in a financial environment Sales experience with individual sales goals Consumer lending experience Awesome, do you also meet these qualifications?
