CUPPi COFFEE is looking for friendly, reliable, and energetic team members to join our new Springfield, VA location! WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

Barista or specialty coffee experience is preferred, but not required Experience with cashiering or using a Point of Sale (POS) system is a plus A team player with excellent customer service skills Reliable, punctual, and proactive A strong willingness to learn and a positive attitude A passion for coffee and attention to detail Availability to work 3-5 shifts per week Weekend availability is preferred Morning and/or afternoon availability

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Take orders and provide friendly, efficient customer service Operate the Square POS system Prepare and serve coffee, tea, specialty drinks, and other beverages following CUPPi COFFEE recipes and presentation standards Assist with food preparation and service Restock supplies and maintain a clean and organized café Follow food safety and sanitation procedures Support your teammates during busy periods Take initiative and look for ways to help throughout your shift Assist with opening and closing duties as scheduled

PAY & SCHEDULE

Training pay is $14 per hour After successful completion of training, pay ranges from $15-$18 per hour based on experience, performance, and responsibilities Part-time Approximately 15-25 hours per week Flexible scheduling Additional hours may be available based on availability and business needs Direct deposit
