Duties Greet customers warmly and provide outstanding service to enhance their shopping experience Operate the cash register (POS system), handle cash, credit card transactions, and accurately manage the cash drawer Upsell products and suggest additional items through product demos and friendly communication to boost sales Stock shelves, organize merchandise, and ensure product displays are attractive and well-maintained Conduct retail sales transactions efficiently while adhering to cash handling procedures and basic math accuracy Maintain phone etiquette when assisting customers or taking inquiries over the phone Assist with inventory management, including stocking supplies and participating in periodic stock checks Support merchandising efforts by arranging products to maximize visibility and appeal Qualifications Spanish language speaking preferre. Previous experience with POS systems, cashiering, or retail sales is preferred but not required; enthusiasm for learning is key!
