Duties Greet customers warmly and assist them with product selection and inquiries to enhance their shopping experience Operate the cash register (POS system) efficiently for retail sales transactions, including cash handling and credit card processing Conduct product demos to showcase features and benefits, encouraging upselling opportunities to maximize sales Stock shelves, organize displays, and ensure merchandise is well-presented according to merchandising standards Handle cashiering duties such as balancing the cash drawer, processing returns, and managing retail math calculations accurately Provide excellent customer service by addressing questions, resolving issues promptly, and maintaining phone etiquette when assisting remotely Supervise or assist with training new team members on POS systems, product knowledge, and customer service protocols Skills Proficiency with POS systems and cash register operations for seamless transactions Previous supervising experience or leadership skills to support team collaboration and store operations Ability to perform retail math accurately for sales totals, discounts, and inventory counts Strong communication skills in both bilingual (if applicable) and monolingual contexts to connect with diverse customers Experience conducting product demos and upselling techniques to boost sales performance Knowledge of retail store product knowledge, merchandising principles, and stock management practices Excellent phone etiquette, customer service orientation, and professionalism in handling inquiries or complaints Join us to be part of a vibrant team dedicated to creating memorable shopping experiences!
