Store Manager Role Purpose The Sales Associate delivers an engaging and seamless shopping experience through product knowledge and providing attentive, customer-focused service. This role thrives in a collaborative team environment, builds positive customer relationships, and contributes to driving sales and overall store productivity. Core Responsibilities 1. Customer Service Delivers exceptional customer service Actively sells, builds customer relationships, and drives add-on sales Maintains strong product knowledge Supports achievement of daily sales and loyalty goals during shifts 2. Operational Execution Ensures selling floor and backroom are clean, organized, and stocked during shifts Assists with shipment processing, replenishment, and merchandising tasks Follows all cash handling and company procedures What Success Looks Like (Evaluation Focus) Consistently delivers strong sales performance Demonstrates outstanding customer service behaviors Shift tasks and operational duties completed accurately and on time Works with a positive attitude Required Qualifications

• Ability to work a flexible schedule; including, but not limited to, holidays, evenings and weekends.
• Ability to continuously stand/walk; frequently push/pull; occasionally bend/stoop/crawl/reach above shoulders/kneel; climb a ladder, and carry up to 40 pounds Preferred Qualifications
