Dynamic Management Group is seeking a Full-time Entry Level Team Member to help us expand our footprint while keeping every customer experience warm and welcoming. The Entry Level Team Member will also manage account updates, keeping existing Verizon customers satisfied and in the know. As an Entry Level Team Member, you'll become the person customers turn to for help with their wireless needs. You'll receive training on Verizon's products and services, learning how to assist with device demos and plan recommendations. In person, the Entry Level Team Member supports the sales team by greeting customers and helping with basic troubleshooting. Core Functions of the Entry Level Team Member Assist during in-person sales discussions that guide customers toward the right Verizon smartphone options for their individual needs and lifestyles. Help present clear data plan recommendations in person that highlight the accessible, everyday value of wireless without unnecessary complexity. Support sales conversations about mobile solutions in person that improve how customers stay connected throughout their day-to-day activities. Aid the sales team when customers request simple account updates or changes during in-person store visits. Boost sales productivity by organizing inventory, preparing displays, and ensuring devices are ready for customer demonstrations.
