Richmond Sales Collective is growing and looking for a full-time, entry-level Sales Team Member to join our team. This is an in-person role where you'll work directly with customers, introduce Verizon FiOS products and services, and help people find internet solutions that fit their household needs. As a Sales Team Member, you'll meet new people every day, build valuable communication skills, and gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. No previous experience in telecommunications or sales is required. We provide comprehensive training, ongoing coaching, and the support you need to succeed. Sales Team Member:

Meet with customers face-to-face and apply sales strategies when introducing Verizon FiOS services As a Sales Team Member, use simple communication and sales strategies to explain the service option clearly Help customers choose plans using basic sales strategies based on their needs Support enrollment and account setup while applying step-by-step sales strategies. Build customer relationships through consistent communication and sales strategies focused on trust as a Sales Team Member. Work in a team environment and learn sales strategies used in field sales campaigns as a Sales Team Member. What You'll Need as a
