Job Description:

Massage Envy is seeking friendly, goal-oriented Sales Associates who are passionate about wellness and helping others look and feel their best. As the first point of contact for our guests, you'll play a key role in creating an exceptional experience — from greeting clients with a warm smile to helping them choose the right services and memberships.

Responsibilities:

Greet clients and assist with scheduling appointments Promote memberships, products, and wellness programs Handle check-ins, check-outs, and payment processing Maintain a clean and welcoming front desk environment Support team goals and deliver excellent customer service

Qualifications:

Strong communication and customer service skills Previous retail or sales experience preferred Friendly, professional, and reliable demeanor Must be available for evenings and weekends

Compensation & Benefits:
