Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented Retail Sales Associate to join our team. As a Retail Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, promoting and selling products, and ensuring a positive shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities:

Greet customers and assist them in finding the right products Provide product knowledge and information to customers Assist with inventory management, including stock replenishment and organizing merchandise Process cash, charge and electronic transactions accurately and efficiently Help the sales and management team meet sales targets and goals Maintain hospitable relationships with customers to ensure repeat business Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, promotions, and store events Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, including light housekeeping

Requirements:

Previous experience in sales or customer service is preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills Basic math skills for processing sales transactions Time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively Ability to work well in a small team environment Familiarity with technology products (e.g., tablets, scanners) is a plus Ability to adapt to changing customer needs and preferences Some weekend availability is required Two responsive business or character references will be requested
