Part-Time Budtender (Closing Shift) Notch Nugs Dispensary - Jeffersonville, VT Position Details Part-Time (15-20 hours per week) Monday-Friday 4:00 or 5:00 PM until Close (approximately 8:00 PM) Competitive hourly wage + tips Looking for a part-time job with a consistent weekday schedule? Notch Nugs is looking for a dependable, customer-focused Budtender to join our team for our weekday closing shift. This is one of our busiest times of the day, making it a fast-paced, engaging position that also offers excellent tip potential. If you enjoy helping people, working as part of a team, and ending each day on a high note, we'd love to meet you. What You'll Do Welcome customers and create an exceptional shopping experience. Verify IDs and ensure compliance with all Vermont cannabis regulations. Help customers choose products that best fit their needs and preferences. Learn and confidently discuss flower, pre-rolls, vape products, edibles, concentrates, and accessories. Operate our point-of-sale system while accurately handling cash and debit transactions. Restock products and keep displays looking their best. Clean and prepare the sales floor for the next business day. Work with teammates to ensure a smooth and efficient closing process. What We're Looking For Must be 21 years of age or older . Friendly, dependable, and professional. Strong communication and customer service skills. Comfortable working in a fast-paced retail environment. Reliable transportation and excellent attendance. Willingness to learn about cannabis products and regulations. Ability to stand for extended periods and occasionally lift up to 30 pounds. Previous retail, hospitality, restaurant, or dispensary experience is a plus—but not required. Why Work at Notch Nugs?
