A Retail Sales Associate sells merchandise or products in a retail store. Provides information about store merchandise, assists customers with finding items and encourages sales.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
Ensure that each customer receives outstanding service by providing a friendly environment, which includes greeting and acknowledging every customer, maintaining solid product knowledge and all other aspects of customer service. Assist in processing and replenishing merchandise and monitoring floor stock. Aid customers in locating merchandise. Communicate customer requests to management. Participate in inventory review Assist in ringing up sales at registers and/or bagging merchandise aligned with Simon Pearce customer service standards All other duties as assigned
Qualifications Required:
Minimum of 1 year of retail experience (high end sales experience preferred) Interest in glassware and pottery
