Farmer & the Bell is a locally loved bakery and café in Woodstock, Vermont, and we're looking for a warm, energetic Café Associate to join our team. Work in our open kitchen alongside talented bakers and cooks, serve exceptional food made with ingredients from local farmers and growers, and become part of a team where you can learn, grow, and build a future. Compensation & Benefits:

$18/hour base pay + equal tip share. Team members typically earn an additional $8

•10+/hour in tips , bringing typical total earnings to approximately $26
