Job Summary We are seeking a knowledgeable and enthusiastic Marijuana Budtender to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service while assisting customers in selecting the right cannabis products to meet their needs. You will play a key role in creating a welcoming environment for our customers, ensuring they have a positive experience at our dispensary. We will be interviewing multiple candidates for this position. Duties Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner. Provide detailed information about various cannabis products, including strains, effects, and usage methods. Conduct product demonstrations to educate customers on proper usage and benefits. Maintain an organized and well-stocked display of products. Complete inventory counts Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently while adhering to cash handling procedures. Supervise and train new staff members as needed, ensuring compliance with company policies. Utilize basic math skills for inventory management and sales transactions. Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly, maintaining high standards of customer service. Keep up-to-date with industry trends, product knowledge, and regulations. Qualifications Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred. Strong phone etiquette and communication skills are essential. Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and inventory management. Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply to better serve our diverse clientele. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Knowledge of cannabis products and their effects is highly desirable but not mandatory; training will be provided. Must be at least 21 years of age to comply with state regulations.
