Part-Time About Us Lilac & Grace Boutique is a growing women's boutique offering stylish clothing, accessories, gifts, and exceptional customer service. We're looking for someone who is dependable, enjoys working with people, and has a passion for fashion and helping customers feel their best.
Schedule Part-Time Wednesday-Friday:
8:45 AM - 5:30
PM Saturday:
9:45 AM - 4:30 PM Availability for all scheduled days is required. Responsibilities Welcome and assist customers with a friendly, positive attitude. Learn our brands, products, and fit so you can confidently recommend items. Help customers build outfits and provide an outstanding shopping experience. Process purchases using our point-of-sale system. Restock merchandise and maintain an organized, clean, and inviting sales floor. Assist with merchandising, displays, pricing, and inventory as needed. Work as part of a team to keep the boutique running smoothly. Qualifications Excellent customer service and communication skills. Friendly, outgoing, and self-motivated. Willingness to learn about boutique fashion and our products. Strong work ethic with attention to detail. Must have your own reliable transportation. Must present a polished, boutique-appropriate appearance while representing the brand. Personal phone use is not permitted on the sales floor during working hours. Ability to stand, walk, lift merchandise, and remain active throughout the shift. Retail experience is preferred but not required .
