Duties Greet members and guests warmly, providing excellent customer service with a positive attitude Assist members with equipment usage, ensuring safety protocols are followed Conduct product demos for gym merchandise and membership packages to promote sales and engagement Manage POS (Point of Sale) transactions accurately for memberships, retail items, and services Stock and merchandise gym products, ensuring displays are attractive and inventory is maintained Handle cashiering duties with professionalism, including cash handling and basic retail math calculations Support upselling efforts by recommending additional services or products to enhance member experience Maintain cleanliness of the gym floor, equipment, and retail areas to uphold safety standards Assist in supervising gym operations during shifts, including overseeing other team members when applicable Use bilingual communication skills to assist a diverse range of members effectively Follow phone etiquette standards when answering inquiries or scheduling appointments Skills Proven experience in retail sales, cashiering, or customer service roles within a grocery store or similar environment Strong communication skills with the ability to engage confidently with diverse clientele Supervising experience is preferred to help oversee daily operations and team coordination Ability to perform basic math for transactions, stock management, and retail math calculations Familiarity with POS systems and cash handling procedures to ensure accurate transactions Experience conducting product demos and upselling techniques to maximize sales opportunities Bilingual abilities are a plus for serving a diverse membership base effectively Knowledge of merchandising principles to create appealing product displays and maintain stock levels Excellent phone etiquette for professional communication with members and vendors Join us today and help us create an inspiring space where health meets community!
