Duties:

• Engage with customers to understand their needs and preferences
• Provide information about available vehicles, including features and pricing
• Conduct test drives with potential customers
• Negotiate sales prices and terms with customers
• Complete all necessary paperwork and documentation for vehicle sales
• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns
• Collaborate with the sales team to meet monthly sales targets
• Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends
• Utilize software tools to manage customer information and sales records

Skills:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong negotiation skills
• Multilingual abilities are a plus
• Experience in dealership or automotive sales preferred
• Ability to deliver effective public speaking presentations
• Exceptional customer service skills
• Comfortable with cold calling and outbound sales activities
• Knowledge of sales management techniques
• Previous experience in retail sales is advantageous
