In this role, you'll deliver exceptional service, provide clear product education, and foster a welcoming atmosphere that enhances the overall shopping experience. Your knowledge and enthusiasm will help clients make informed choices while supporting responsible use and adherence to all regulations. This paid position offers a rewarding opportunity to grow within a dynamic retail environment dedicated to quality, community, and customer satisfaction. Details At this store, we work 4, 10 hour shifts and have 3 days off per week.
Position's Hours:
Sunday 7:45am
  • 6:15pm, Monday 10am
  • 8:30pm, Tuesday OFF, Wednesday OFF, Thursday 10am
  • 8:30pm, Friday OFF, Saturday 7:45am
  • 6:15pm Responsibilities Provide detailed product demos, explaining effects, usage methods, and benefits to enhance customer understanding Operate the POS (Point of Sale) system accurately for transactions, including cash handling and credit card processing Maintain organized merchandising displays and stock shelves to ensure an attractive shopping environment Conduct inventory checks, stock replenishment, and merchandising to optimize product availability Upsell complementary products by identifying customer needs and recommending suitable options Greet customers warmly and assist them in selecting products tailored to their needs and preferences Skills Reliability Strong communication skills with the ability to educate and engage diverse customers Attention to detail in merchandising, stocking, and maintaining store standards Previous retail sales experience, preferably in similar retail environments Familiarity with POS systems, cash handling procedures, and retail math for accurate transactions Ability to perform basic math calculations quickly for sales totals, discounts, or inventory counts
Pay:
$17.13 per hour
