Key Responsibilities Customer Engagement:

Connect with prospective buyers via walk-ins, phone calls, internet inquiries, and proactive follow-ups to build a strong sales pipeline.

Needs Assessment & Consultative Sales:

Identify customer preferences and match them with the right vehicle, demonstrating key features, specifications, and options.

Deal Negotiation:

Work closely with management to negotiate transparent pricing, trade-in valuations, and financing options that satisfy both the client and dealership goals.

Relationship & CRM Management:

Maintain consistent follow-up using our CRM software to ensure maximum retention, lead tracking, and long-term customer loyalty.

Lot & Inventory Oversight:

Stay current on local inventory, new model releases, and trim levels across Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, and Ram lines as well as pre-owned inventory in stock.

Team Collaboration:

Work with the team to maximize sales! We work together here to help each other become better every day! Qualifications & Skills High energy, professional presentation, and a genuine passion for vehicles and helping people. Proven track record in automotive sales, retail sales, or high-end consultative sales Strong listening, and communication skills over the phone and in person. Proficiency with CRM systems, digital tools, and basic retail math. Bilingual/multilingual abilities are a strong plus. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
