Duties Greet customers warmly and provide exceptional customer service to foster loyalty and satisfaction Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems efficiently for retail sales transactions, cash handling, and refunds Manage cash register operations including cash drawer handling, balancing registers, and processing payments accurately Assist customers with product demos and answer questions about store merchandise to promote sales and upselling opportunities Stock shelves, organize displays, and ensure merchandise is well-merchandised to attract customer attention Maintain phone etiquette when responding to inquiries or assisting customers remotely Support inventory management by stocking products, conducting stock counts, and assisting with merchandising efforts Cleaning and organizing the store! This is a HUGE part of the position and what the majority of your job consists of!! Requirements Previous experience with POS systems, cash register operations, or retail sales is preferred but not required; training will be provided Strong communication skills in English; bilingual abilities are a plus for serving diverse customers Demonstrated supervising experience or leadership skills are advantageous for supporting team initiatives Ability to perform basic math accurately for cash handling and retail math calculations Excellent customer service skills with a friendly attitude and professional phone etiquette Knowledge of retail store product knowledge and merchandising principles to enhance sales efforts Ability to stand for extended periods, lift moderate loads, and work flexible hours including weekends or evenings if needed Join us in creating a vibrant shopping environment where your enthusiasm fuels success!
