We're looking for friendly, energetic and a dependable person to help us grow. What You'll Do As part of our retail team, you'll: Welcome customers and create a fun, friendly shopping experience Help customers select apparel, gifts and the right sizes Learn our products and confidently make recommendations Operate our POS system and process purchases Restock and organize merchandise throughout the day Create and maintain attractive merchandise displays Receive, unpack and organize incoming inventory Keep the sales floor, fitting areas and back stock organized Help monitor inventory and communicate when products need replenishing Keep the store looking clean, full and inviting Jump in wherever needed to keep the store running smoothly Who We're Looking For You might be a great fit if you: Genuinely enjoy talking with and helping customers Are friendly, outgoing and comfortable starting conversations Are dependable and take pride in showing up ready to work Have a strong eye for organization and presentation Enjoy apparel, fashion, merchandising or retail Can work independently without constantly waiting to be told what to do Notice when something needs restocking, straightening or improving—and take care of it Are comfortable learning new technology and POS systems Can stay productive during both busy and slower periods Are comfortable standing for extended periods and lifting/moving boxes of merchandise Previous retail, apparel, boutique, merchandising, customer service or sales experience is a plus, but we're willing to train the right person.
