Online Sales Associate Redmond Rare Coins - 1.0 Kirkland, WA Job Details Part-time From $20 an hour 22 hours ago Benefits Paid training Opportunities for advancement Flexible schedule Qualifications Packing E-commerce Order shipping Facebook Jewelry sales Full Job Description What You'll Do Photograph coins, commemoratives, precious metals, and jewelry items for online listings Write clear, accurate listing descriptions (condition, grade, specs, etc.) Create and publish listings across eBay, Facebook Marketplace, and OfferUp Monitor active listings, respond to buyer questions and messages, and manage offers across all platforms Coordinate buyer pickups for Facebook Marketplace and OfferUp sales (all pickups happen at our Kirkland shop), and process sales, print labels, and package/ship eBay orders promptly and securely Track inventory as items sell across all platforms and keep listings in sync Help identify pricing based on market comparables What We're Looking For Comfortable learning new systems and software; prior experience with eBay, Facebook Marketplace, OfferUp, or other e-commerce/resale platforms is a plus but not required — we'll train the right person Strong attention to detail and follow-through — this role is largely independent once trained Basic photography skills (or willingness to learn our photo setup) Comfortable scheduling and greeting buyers for in-shop pickups Reliable, organized, and comfortable managing your own schedule and workload Trustworthy and comfortable handling valuable items (coins, precious metals, jewelry) Interest in coins, collectibles, or jewelry is a bonus but not required
