About HOTWORX:
HOTWORX is a cutting-edge 24Hour Infrared Fitness Studio that offers a unique fusion of exercise and technology. Our innovative approach combines infrared sauna workouts and high-intensity interval training (HIIT) workouts to deliver maximum results in minimal time. At HOTWORX, we're dedicated to helping our clients achieve their fitness goals and live healthier, happier lives. As a Sales Associate at HOTWORX, you will play a vital role in driving membership sales and promoting our services to potential clients. You will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, conducting facility tours, and effectively communicating the benefits of Hotworx to prospective members. Additionally, you will assist in maintaining a clean and welcoming environment within the studio.
Responsibilities:
Greet and engage with prospective members in a friendly and professional manner. Provide tours of the facility, highlighting the features and benefits of HOTWORX. Educate clients on our various membership options and assist them in selecting the package that best suits their needs. Follow up with leads and inquiries to encourage membership sign-ups. Maintain accurate records of sales transactions and member information. Assist in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the studio space. Participate in promotional events and outreach activities to attract new members.
Qualifications:
Previous sales or customer service experience preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Passion for health, fitness, and helping others achieve their goals. Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends. Reliable and punctual with a positive attitude. Knowledge of fitness industry trends and practices is a plus.
